This panel watches over the buffs you have. It can only detect buffs that
have been cast on you while EQRaider is running, so, any buffs before hand
will not show up.
The first thing you want to do is to download the
Lucy database.
Get the latest live version and unzip it somewhere on your PC. Then hit
the "Import Lucy Database" button and select that file you just downloaded.
You have to download the database for this panel to work. You only have
to do this one time. Every time afterwards, the database will
automatically be loaded from your machine.
The two tables on the left hand side show the buffs that have been cast on
you and the the amount of time before they will wear off. This is an
estimation. Top table has your current buffs. The bottom table has the
buffs you've lost.
The tables on the right hand side give the same information but for PCs &
NPCs other than yourself so you can track other people's buffs or dots on
NPCs.
Becuase a lot of spells have the same casting message, you may
get 3 or 4 buffs of the same kind (ie. all levels of Symbol will show up).
To deal with this issue, you can right mouse click over a buff and add it
to the an exclusion list. From that point foward, the buff will not show
up on your display. You can un-exlude the buff by pushing the "Exclusion
List" and removing it from the pop up dialog.
